TVEC — Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission, Sri Lanka
Starliks Campus is registered with TVEC under approval number A13788. Programmes marked TVEC-approved lead to a nationally recognised certificate.
ISO 21001:2018 — Educational Organizations Management System
Certified by AQS Certifications Services against ISO 21001:2018 for the delivery of higher education, professional certifications, skill development programmes, corporate training and consultancy services. Valid from 7 May 2025 to 6 May 2028.
QAHE — International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-tertiary and Higher Education
Full Accreditation granted on 21 May 2025 following an institutional audit covering academic quality and integrity, teaching staff qualifications, delivery of programmes, student services and website performance.
IQAF — International Qualification Awarding Forum, United Kingdom
Starliks Campus is accredited by the International Qualification Awarding Forum and is authorised to conduct training leading to IQAF certification. Selected programmes award an IQAF certificate alongside the Starliks award.
IACU — International Association of Colleges and Universities
Starliks Campus is a member of the International Association of Colleges and Universities.
What this means for your certificate
A TVEC-approved programme leads to a certificate recognised within Sri Lanka's national vocational education framework. Programmes that also carry an IQAF award — currently Tourism and Hospitality Management and Library Science with IT Applications — issue a second, UK-issued certificate alongside the Starliks award. Each programme page states exactly which award it leads to.
