Module 01 — Tourism & hospitality industry management
440 hours. Tourism foundations, hospitality operations and sustainability, marketing, service excellence and industry management, plus a full-day hotel field visit.
Module 02 — Professional development & leadership
183 hours. Personal branding and professionalism, change management and strategic communication, personality development and business etiquette, leadership and career readiness.
Module 03 — Tourism entrepreneurship & business development
241 hours. Tourism startups, travel and tour operations, financial management essentials, trend analysis, research and capstone planning.
Internship, research & field studies
116 hours across a 3–6 month supervised placement in hotels, resorts, travel agencies or tourism organisations.
Assessment
Theory examination 30%, major assignments and research 25%, presentations and workshops 15%, internship evaluation 15%, final project and viva 15%.
